Dee Edgar has tendered her resignation from the role of Secretary for FBCR. We thank Dee for all her work with the Bill Carroll Reserve; it has been greatly appreciated, and we also thank her for providing Merricks Matters with the monthly rainfall amounts. The rainfall for August was 136 mms. Pip Ransome has kindly offered to fill in as secretary until the election of office bearers at the next Bill Carroll AGM in November 2019.
