As previously advised, the MBRA is working with Melbourne Water and Mornington Peninsula Shire Council to develop a long-term strategy for improving the management of stormwater and drainage at Merricks Beach. Wave Consulting has been engaged to develop this strategy over the next six months. As part of the project, Wave is keen to hear from residents about any stormwater or drainage concerns and any ideas or opportunities for improvement. To assist this, in addition to the very useful community meeting held at Merricks on Friday 24th January, Wave has developed an on-line survey to assist residents who weren’t able to attend the meeting to provide their input to the project.
